Since early this past spring, the Penn Avenue sidewalk in West Reading, PA has played home to a Sunday-morning farmers’ market. We visited the market recently and spoke with Tim Bock of Wills Valley Farm Products, an organic farm north of Kutztown. We took home some of their organic grape jelly and butternut squash. Delicious! We think it’s great that the farmers’ market has made it possible for more people to have access to local, sustainably-grown, organic products like these.
